THE REASON FOR 'BEST SPACE'
BEST SPACE was founded in 2018, as an organisation to promote greater understanding, insight and particularly access to a wealth of knowledge to aid those in their professional and/or personal lives.
Whether to excel in personal, professional or sporting practice or to aid with current or ongoing frustration or stress, or deal superbly through destabilising times, or to uncover and remove the things in our life limiting and holding us back from what we ultimately seek. This is a place/Space where knowledge and guidance finds you.
Much is spoken in society about 'mental health' and it carries a stigma to even talk about, yet we all sit on the spectrum of mental and emotional well being. Very few obtain an incredible inspired mental, physical and emotional well-being, totally free of the past that sees with it phenomenal success, harmony and real 'ease' and peace in life, regardless of conditions all of the time. And often we really exceed in some areas of life, but not all.
Yet the more we do to champion better understanding as to how mental and emotional well-being is either eroded or strengthened the better we all are in doing anything about it. Hence this site.
As time and resource allows it is intended that the Founder's found insights, knowledge, and the brilliant published works of many inspired authors, and associated research and resources to date, are shared here (in as much as they can be from copyright perspective, which are being worked upon to get as much in public domain as possible) for all to readily access.
This represents 19+ years of research, reading, insight and study to a substantial degree, so sharing and synthesising and making this readily available (and easily usable/comprehensible) to individuals, organisations and business has commenced and is underway, and is likely to be a life long undertaking. Yet making it available and known as it can be is what this is all about. Please return back to the "LEARN" pages for where content will end up.

Often 'finding' a selected text, book or resource is never by accident. These resources find you when you are ready.
If Best Space can be used to access or direct you to information, so you can learn either directly with us, or on your own, then it is succeeded.
There is professional/paid assistance here for you if you wish to fast track your learning, need immediate assistance, or if needing assistance with overcoming any matters that elude you currently, even when phenomenal efforts by way of professional and/or self help have been endeavoured upon, yet overcoming such not yet realised.
There is also an intention that this learning all need not be serious, and can and should also facilitate and engender a greater enjoyment, fun, satisfaction and access to opportunities in life, and operate to bring like minded persons together for these purposes, whether nearby or from across the globe.
Either in the personal, family or social realms of life, or the realm of workplaces, recruitment, career and opportunity, as the Space grows there will be Events and Gatherings, great interaction, connections and enjoyment.

Qualified in Law, Strategy and Business with advanced training in Psychology Melissa's primary area of interest and practice is based around how the subconscious mind simply either works for or against us, either greatly enhancing or eroding one's ability to work with ease, efficiency and wellbeing.
In her corporate and business advisory practice over the last two decades in strategy, business improvement, risk and project management she saw the largest inefficiencies, losses and cost arose out of poor communication, frustration or sense of excessive load and stress. Also average levels of morale or attitudes to change inhibiting improvement and change initiatives. Also when there was lack of congruence in e.g. what is truing wanting or needed to be said by an individual, and 'what is able to be said', or also what is purported as the values and culture of an organisation, and 'how it really is', brings about a tacit negative impact or directly visible impact on both the individual and the organisation.
So over time her focus has shifted from the organisation's "top line" and "project deliverables", to aiding the organisation and individuals "sustainable bottom line core constructive competence and capability", that is to be able to work successfully in good mental form, able to perform and find solutions to challenges, with good ease, ability and in good cheer.
In the absence of this it is easy for physical or mental stress to lead to emotional stress and/or physical symptoms/illness, the erosion of enjoyment of work and life (to various levels), and in the worst situations, strokes, heart attacks and depression/various mental illness through to suicide.
Melissa has had the opportunity to return to legal practice several times (including to the practice of Family Law) yet has been unable to quintessentially for ethical reasons.
This is because when a client has a reasonable level of stress or distress their decision making is impaired, and if this isn't being appropriately provided for its going to take longer and cost more.
Hence her practice is to share how quality thinking, decision making and communication is improved or eroded.
This then directly aiding any family law case (or workplace, relationship of personal issue), to gain better traction and overall success.
Where stress or emotion prevails this sees cases and costs drawn out beyond all reason, precarious outcomes in terms of fairness or justice reached, yet also often weaker parties continuing to be subject to the same behaviour, abuses or treatment as when they were still in their relationships (yet often with large legal bills to accompany such).
In these cases there is much to learn beyond e.g. the family laws of the State.
She typically finds the issues that often come out during marriages are those never resolved earlier in life that may have shown signs, yet never addressed, yet the subconscious gives many signs along the way, and continues until things are really bad.
Related to this, in the realm of "dating stress", again these unresolved matters of the past continue to present themselves time and time again, in many ways and in may forms. This making the "dating world" even more complex and difficult to navigate comfortably with ease and success. Here people have their real and either heavy or hidden baggage (often caused by others own baggage an not simply their own) that they bring along (on all the dates) to then pile fresh baggage on top of. Work can easily be done to enable a clean start.
Avoiding repeats in life ...
This is where Melissa especially finds her work the most satisfying to aid a fresh turn-around from these repeat patterns, unresolved and often damaging encounters of the past (that remain active in the subconscious and bind us to those memories and others irrespective of time until resolved or cleaned or chords cut). Upon resolution those subconsciously deeply held 'ever triggered' negative feelings associated with the disappointments of the past, release their hold and drop away. Life then can't help but bubble up in its place.
"When things keep surfacing and there are repeat difficulties in life it means without question there is knowledge and insight for us to find that we are needing. This being the insight and knowledge you never learn at school, university or work, seldom at home, and sometimes never even learn from life experience. Hence you get either a short course, reasonable or comprehensive course here, saving a lifetime of trial and error, and endless or needless toil and loss.
In short by arresting the impact the past has on us subconsciously we are able to shape vastly new paths and opportunities, with far greater peace (and pace). And technique for doing so need not be traumatic nor difficult either, being a willing student is key however, and will hasten results". M Laver
Practices that have consistency with universal laws and those natural laws of science that "aid the subconscious mind to work harmoniously with the rest of the human body and the conscious mind", from both Western/research based science and from Ancient and Eastern practices form part of her practice, depending on what presents itself.
"As Western society becomes more complex, stressful, and the pace of change the fastest in mankind's history, its ability to find solutions appears as though it does not keep up such pace.
Yet upon closer inspection those answers and knowledge are in fact never far from us at all, even though it still may be fair to say our awareness of them over generations and millennia have been somewhat lost, forgotten, and in some cases being intentionally extinguished."
